Successful Customer Service and Leadership Consultant for over 15 years.  Worked at a major retailer for 10 years in fine jewelry maintaining #1 in sales in the district utilizing my customer service techniques.  When the economy began to take a nose dive, I started at a mobility communication company where I climbed the ladder to success rapidly starting from the bottom.  Within 5 years I was Area Manager Lead for 31 locations doing exactly what I want to do for your company.  I knew nothing about the industry, but I did know how to ensure my customers had a great experience with each visit which turned into sales and loyal customers as I learned about the business.

More about our story

When asked about my success or how I turned a particular location around, my answer has always been I enhanced the customer experience with the original staff.  You must understand that if you do not take care of your customer base, your company will not survive.  Exceptional customer service will propel your company above the competition and your sales will soar!

 

 

Who we train

We train business owners, managers, and frontline workers.  We also conduct training classes for teens and young adults entering the job market.  With the skills taught in this class, attendees will carry this knowledge with them throghtout thier careers.  Attendees will receive a Certificate of Completetion upon participating and completing the class.
